rG (iPr-Pac), 2'-OAc CNA CPG
rG (iPr-Pac), 2'-OAc CNA CPG is a modification reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It introduces a riboguanosine (rG) residue modified with an isopropyl-pacidamycin (iPr-Pac) group onto a controlled pore glass (CPG) solid support. Additionally, it adds a 2'-O-acetyl modification to the ribose sugar and includes a 2'-O-methylribonucleotide (CNA) modification for enhanced stability. This reagent facilitates the production of RNA oligonucleotides with improved nuclease resistance, suitable for diverse molecular biology and biotechnology applications, including RNA interference and gene expression studies.
