Sonidegib (LDE-225)
Sonidegib is an orally bioavailable small molecule Smoothened (Smo) antagonist with potential anti-tumor activity. Erismodegib selectively binds to the Hedgehog (Hh) ligand cell surface receptor Smo, which may inhibit the Hh signaling pathway and thereby inhibit tumor cells with abnormal activation of this pathway.
