Allitinib tosylate
Allitinib, also known as AST1306 and ALS 1306, is a potent, selective, irreversible inhibitor of ErbB2 and EGFR. AST-1306 inhibits the enzymatic activity of wild-type EGFR and ErbB2 as well as EGFR-resistant mutants in cell-free and cellular systems.
