HA15-Biotin
HA15-Biotin can be used for proteomic analysis and is a chemical probe consisting of HA15 and biotin attached to the HA15 amide portion. It shows similar activity level to HA15. HA15 is a potent and specific inhibitor of ER chaperone BiP/GRP78/HSPA5, which can inhibit the ATPase activity of BiP, and has anti-cancerous activity.
