Recombinant Mouse Anti-JGMV Antibody Fab Fragment (Mab3-17)
Recombinant Mouse Antibody Fab Fragment clone Mab3-17, which is specific to JGMV. antibody 3-17, which was raised against the potyvirus Johnsongrass mosaic virus, was shown to react strongly with 14 potyvirus species. Mab3-17 showed strong reactions with 14 viral coat proteins (BCMV-NL4, BCMV-BlCM, BCMNV-NL3, BYMV-S, ClYVV-B, JGMV-JG, PeMoV, BYMV-PM, BCMV-PSt, PVY-D, SMV-N, SPMMV, BYMV-WLM andWMV-2) and weak or no reactions with 9 other viral coat proteins (CABMV-Morocco, PWV-K, TuMV, MDMV-A, PepMoV, PkMV, PRSV-W, SrMV-H and TEV).
