Afuco™ Anti-Human WNVE Protein ADCC Therapeutic Antibody (MGAWN1), ADCC Enhanced
Anti-WNVE Protein ADCC Enhanced Antibody (MGAWN1) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. MGAWN1 is an investigational anti-WNV humanized monoclonal antibody being developed for the treatment of West Nile virus infections. The results of this Phase 1 study suggest that single infusions of MGAWN1 up to 30 mg/kg appear to be safe and well tolerated in healthy subjects.
