Recombinant Mouse Anti-α Toxin Antibody Fab Fragment (3α4D10)
The murine mAb 3α4D10 specifically binds at, or near, the active site of the enzymatic activity associated with the toxin. This antibody binds to the hexapeptide ARGFAK located between residues 193 and 198 in the mature toxin.
