Mouse Anti-Di-acetylated histone H4 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2A7D9); scFv Fragment
This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody scFv Fragment that can recognize Histone H4 protein. 2A7D9 recognizes the histone H4 proteins containing di-acetylation of K5acK8ac (i.e. H4K5acK8ac and tetraacetylated H4) but not monoacetylated H4 proteins. 2A7D9 binds to H4 peptide only if K5acK8ac is present.
