Human Anti-proTGF i-GARP complex Recombinant Antibody (clone 4B1C1); Fab Fragment
Provided herein are monoclonal antibodies that specifically binds to human proTGF1 in a complex with human glycoprotein A repetitions predominant (proTGF1-GARP complex) while said complex is in solution. These proTGF1-GARP complex-selective antibodies may inhibit Treg function in vitro. The antibody may be used to enhance an immune response in a subject, for example, against a cancer.
