Sapanisertib (MLN0128)
Sapanisertib is a TORC1/2 inhibitor and an orally bioavailable raptor-mTOR and rictor-mTOR inhibitor with potential anti-tumor activity. The TORC1/2 inhibitor INK128 binds to and inhibits the TORC1 and TORC2 complexes of mTOR, which may lead to reduced tumor cell apoptosis and tumor cell proliferation.
