Osimertinib free base
Osimertinib, also known as AZD-9291 and Mereletinib, is a third-generation EGFR inhibitor. It inhibits activating and drug-resistant EGFR mutations while preserving the normal form of EGFR present in normal skin and intestinal cells, thus reducing the side effects encountered with currently available drugs.
