Mouse Anti-SCH Recombinant Antibody (clone SCH94.03); scFv Fragment
This product is a recombinant mouse scFv that recognizes Spinal Cord Homogenate of mouse, rat, human. SCH94.03 is suggested to be a natural autoantibody. SCH94.03 was found to promotes CNS remyelination in mice infected chronically with Theiler's murine encephalomyelitis virus (TMEV). It also induces proliferation of glial cells of mixed rat brain culture.
