Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2-470)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. 2-470 was shown to have high affinity for gp140, and competed with b12 and anti-CD4i Abs for binding to gp140. 2-470 was able to neutralize 3/5 Tier 1 viruses and 2/5 Tier 2 viruses.
