Mouse Anti-HIV-1 Tat Recombinant Antibody (clone TB12); scFv Fragment
Recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment to Tat(44-61). TB12 is clade B and D specific, and does not recognize Tat from clade A, C, or CRF01 (AE). It reacts strongly with aa 1-61, and is also able to react with aa 44-61, in the basic region involved in Tat uptake.
