Uprosertib
Uprosertib is an orally bioavailable serine/threonine protein kinase Akt (protein kinase B) inhibitor with potential anti-tumor activity. Uprosertib binds to Akt and inhibits Akt activity, thereby possibly inhibiting the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and tumor cell proliferation and inducing tumor cell apoptosis.
