Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGI75)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. HGI75 can bind to Env proteins from clades A, AG, B and BC. It cross-competed with MAb HJ16 for binding to gp120 and partially inhibited sCD4 binding to gp120. HGI75 neutralized 3/20 isolates in the HOS-based assay.
