Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGF12)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. HGF12 can bind to Env proteins from clades A, AE, AG, B, BC, C, D and F. It showed partial inhibition of sCD4 binding to gp120. HGF12 did not neutralize any of the Tier 1 or Tier 2 isolates.
