Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp41. This Fab was classified as class B, and inhibits LAV mediated Env-mediated cell fusion with an IC50 of 20 +/- 3 ug/ml (the range for the 9 new Fabs was 6-61 ug/ml. It interacts with both 6-HB and trimeric N-HR.
