Anti-Human RTN4 Therapeutic Antibody
Recombinant Mouse monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human RTN4. TAB-541CL is an anti-nogo-A monoclonal antibody used for treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Study show that treatment with anti-Nogo-A antibody improves neuromuscular function in the SOD1(G93A) mouse model of ALS, at least during the earlier stages of disease and suggest that pharmacological inhibition of Nogo-A may be a disease-modifying approach in ALS.
