Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp120. F223 binds to HIV-1 gp120 and to uninfected lymphocytes binding to a 159-kd auto-antigen expressed on most B cells and a small fraction of T and NK cells and the antibody enhances HIV-1 infection.
