Recombinant monoclonal antibody specifically binds to SIRPĪ± and can block the interaction of CD47 on one cell with SIRPĪ± on a phagocytic cell. The antibody can be potentially used in treating mice engrafted with a wide range of human cancers, from leukemias to solid tumors.
