Anti-Presenilin 1 antibody targets Pren, which is expressed in a wide range of tissues including various regions of the brain, liver, spleen and lymph nodes, may be used to treat for Alzheimer's Disease, cardiomyopathy dilated type 3, acne inversa familial type 3 (ACNIF3).
