Anti-AGS-8 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (AGS-8M4) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. AGS-8M4 (ASP6183) is an IgG1k fully human monoclonal antibody (MAb) directed to AGS-8, used for treatment of ovarian cancer. AGS-8M4 was well tolerated at all dose levels.
