BS-181 HCl
BS-181 is a highly selective CDK7 inhibitor. Tests against other CDKs, as well as an additional 69 kinases, showed that BS-181 inhibited CDK2 only at concentrations below 1 µmol/L, with CDK2 being 35-fold less potent than CDK7. In MCF-7 cells, BS-181 inhibits the phosphorylation of CDK7 substrates, promotes cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, thereby inhibiting the growth of cancer cell lines and exhibiting anti-tumor effects in vivo .
