Recombinant Anti-human CCR5 Intrabody [(D-Arg)9]
Recombinant anti-CCR5 intrabody linked to (D-Arg)9 works within cells and binds specifically to human CCR5, expressed in 293T cells. CCR5-intrabody efficiently blocked surface expression of human CCR5 and thus prevented cellular interactions with CCR5-dependent HIV-1 and simian immunodeficiency virus envelope glycoprotein.
