Diphtheria, Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis and Haemophilus Influenzae Type b Combined Vaccine Antigen

1. Adsorptive cell-free DTAP vaccine (DTAP) is made from the supernatant of culture of Bacillus pertussis, Bacillus diphtheria and Clostridium tetanus, purified and detoxified by ammonium sulfate salting out, and then adsorbed by aluminum hydroxide. It is milky white suspension. After placing the adjuvant, it sinks and becomes uniform suspension after shaking. The active ingredients are: active component of pertussis bacilli, diphtheria toxoid and tetanus toxoid. Inactive ingredients are: aluminum hydroxide, thiomersal and buffer solution containing sodium chloride and phosphate. 2. The Haemophilus influenzae type B conjugate vaccine (Hib) was prepared by purifying the capsular polysaccharide of Haemophilus influenzae type B from the supernatant of the culture of Haemophilus influenzae type B by ethanol precipitation, phenol extraction and other methods, and covalently combining with tetanus toxoid. It is a clear colorless liquid.
