Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 5-580)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. 5-580 was shown to have high affinity for gp140. 5-580 neutralized 4/5 Tier 1 viruses but did not neutralize any of the Tier 2 viruses and did not show broad serum-neutralizing activity.
