AP1153 aptamer sodium

AP1153 aptamer sodium is a DNA aptamer that specifically binds to the cholecystokinin receptor CCKBR (Kd: ~15 pM) but does not activate CCKBR-related signaling pathways. The sodium AP1153 aptamer is internalized by pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells (PDAC) in a receptor-mediated manner and can be bioconjugated to fluorescent nanoparticle surfaces to facilitate in vivo delivery of nanoparticles to PDAC tumors.
