Mouse Anti-Di-acetylated histone H4 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1A9D7); Fab Fragment
This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody Fab fragment that can recognize Histone H4 protein. 1A9D7 recognizes the histone H4 proteins containing di-acetylation of K5acK8ac (i.e. H4K5acK8ac and tetraacetylated H4) but not monoacetylated H4 proteins. 1A9D7 also weakly bound to H2BK12acK15ac.
