Mouse Anti-Angiotensin II Recombinant Antibody (clone KAA8); Fab Fragment
This product is a recombinant mouse Fab that recognizes mammal Angiotensin II. Mab KAA8 exhibits limited cross-reactivity with Angiotensin III when evaluated in a radio¬immunoassay for Angiotensin II. Mab KAA8 inhibits Angiotensin II's biological actions by interfering with its ability to interact with its physiological receptor. It is useful in alleviating angiotensin II-induced hypertension and in the treatment of congestive heart failure.
