5 alpha Chemically Competent Cell
5α Chemically Competent Cell is designed for chemical transformation of DNA, with blue/white selection, reduced recombinantion of cloned DNA, and a transformation efficiency of over 108 cfu/µg DNA (tested by pUC19 plasmid DNA).
