NecroX-7
NecroX-7 is an inhibitor of NF-κB activity with cytoprotective and antioxidant effects. NecroX-7 reduces MMP-2 and MMP-9 activities via inhibition of NF-κB signaling pathway and intracellular ROS formation in activated RA-FLS, suggesting that NecroX-7 might suppress the aggressiveness of RA-FLS (Rheumatoid arthritis-Fibroblast-like synoviocytes) in vivo.
