Apatinib mesylate
Rivoceranib, also known as apatinib and YN-968D1, is an orally bioavailable small molecule receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor with potential anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor activity. Apatinib selectively binds to and inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2, potentially inhibiting VEGF-stimulated endothelial cell migration and proliferation and reducing tumor microvessel density. Additionally, the drug mildly inhibits c-Kit and c-SRC tyrosine kinases.
