Recombinant Humanized Antibody (Pertuzumab, 2C4) scFv Fragment is specific to ERBB2 ECD, expressed in E. coli. The pertuzumab binding epitope overlaps with the ErbB2 ECD homodimer interface; thus, bound pertuzumab sterically prevents the dimerization arm from reaching the C-shaped pocket of the other ErbB2.
