4-PPBP maleate salt
4-PPBP, a piperidine derivative, is a σ ligand and selective non-competitive antagonist at recombinant NR1a/2B NMDA receptors expressed in Xenopus oocytes. It is used as a cosmetic process for treating wrinkled skin, in particular the skin of the face and/or of the forehead, through a dermo-decontracting effect.
