ChromosomeSynchro KIT P
Chromosome Kit P employs disposable tubes containing 5 ml of complete medium culture to optimize the preparation of peripheral blood lymphocytes culture for subsequent chromosome analysis.
The special formulation makes the product also suitable for cultures of foetal blood lymphocytes obtained via cordocentesis. The use of Chromosome Kit P in ready to use culture tubes allows remarkable time saving and reduction of manual procedures bringing benefits to the routine laboratory. The ratio between sample/liquid volume and culture surface area was thoroughly studied, and the medium composition accurately formulated to assure optimal mitotic index.
