ReZolve-Alkyne™ is a fluorogenic probe that can be used to tag azide functionalized molecules in cells and tissues. The terminal alkyne of ReZolve-Alkyne™ is coupled to an azide-functionalised molecule of interest via Azide-Alkyne clycloaddition "Click" chemistry, in the presence of catalytic copper.
