Mouse Anti-IgG Recombinant Antibody (clone 12.5H)
A antibody, 12.5H, was selected because of its ability to recoginize, in ELISA, IgG mAb with DNA-binding activity. mAb 12.5H binds perferentlly to IgG2a mAb and does not react with IgG2a mAb with no DNA-binding activity.
