Pure tRNA Proline
tRNAPro is a primer of reverse transcriptase of ASNV, Leukemia and sarcoma virus (MuLV, MuSV, FSV, FLV, BLV, SSV, GaLV, HTLV-I and HTLV-II).
tRNAPro is purified from human placenta with the following procedures: (1) the extraction of total RNA by phenol-chloroform; (2) the chromatogram extraction of total tRNA with DE52; (3) the chromatogram separation of total tRNAPro with DEAE-Sephadex (A50). Aminoacylation of tRNA with H3-lableled proline using aminoacyl tRNA synthetase from bovine liver is used for detection. For long- term storage (years), it is recommended that this product be stored at -80°C at a concentration of no less than 0.5μg/μl. For short-term storage, this product is stable at -20°C for a minimum of one year.
