Human Anti-TNFRSF10B Recombinant Antibody (clone TR2-3)
Provided is a antibody capable of specific binding and capable of activating human death receptor 5 (DR5), and belongs to a full-humanized antibody. The antibody is obtained by performing quintuple screening in a high-capacity full-humanized phage antibody library by using human death receptor DR5 extracellular protein as a target antigen. Pharmacodynamic experiments prove that the antibody is efficient in suppressing the growth of DR5 positive colon cancer cell COLO205 and breast cancer cell MDA-MB-231. The antibody has the advantages such as low immunogenicity, high specificity and high penetrability and is an ideal targeting tumor therapeutic drug.
