Pilaralisib
Pilaralisib, also known as XL147, is a class 1 PI3K kinase family inhibitor with potential anti-tumor activity. XL147 reversibly binds class 1 PI3K in an ATP-competitive manner, inhibiting PIP3 production and activation of the PI3K signaling pathway, which may lead to inhibition of tumor cell growth and survival in susceptible tumor cell populations.
