ACBRI 716 cells were isolated by centrifugal counterflow elutriation from dissociated normal human descending aorta tissue and are available in single, cryopreserved vials or proliferating flasks. Cell Systems primary cells are unadulterated, healthy cells with a high yield that are ideal for 2D or 3D cell cultures. Use of Cell Systems Media and Reagents is highly recommended.
