Pexmetinib

Pexmetinib is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of p38 and Tie2 kinases with potential anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic activities. Pexmetinib binds to and inhibits the activity of p38 and Tie2 kinase, which may inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines and may reduce tumor angiogenesis and tumor cell growth and survival.
