Highly pure and concentrated solution of Tacrolimus conjugated to Streptavidin via a very stable (PEG)n-Biotin linkage. The linkage offers flexibility and solubility to the Tacrolimus moiety. Unlike free Tacrolimus and its smaller conjugates, Tacrolimus-(PEG)n-Biotin Streptavidin is readily soluble in aqueous buffers. Each Streptavidin molecule contains several Tracrolimus units. Dilutions of the provided conjugate can be made in 1X Phosphate Buffer Saline, pH 7.4. This conjugate is ideal for Tacrolimus immobilization on solid surfaces, adsorption on membranes and use for a wide variety of Tacrolimus detection applications.
