Siegeskaurolic acid
Siegeskaurolic acid is extracted from the roots of Siegesbeckia pubescens. It inhibits COX-2 and iNOS expression in RAW 26 and 4.7 macrophages by NF-kappaB inactivation, thus shows antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects.
