Chromosome Kit M
Chromosome M is a medium for the optimized culture of bone marrow cells, and subsequent chromosomal analysis. The medium is complete and supplied in ready to use flat culture tube (kit) or in bottle (Medium). The choice of Chromosome Kit M in a ready to use culture tubes, allows remarkable time saving and reduction of manual procedures bringing benefits to the laboratory routine.
The ratio between sample/medium volume and culture surface area was thoroughly studied, and the medium composition accurately formulated to assure optimal mitotic index.
