Prion Protein (106-126) (human) (scrambled)

Prion Protein (106-126) (human) (scrambled) is a scrambled sequence of human prion protein (106-126), which is an important control for studying the biological activity of prion protein peptides. According to circular dichroism analysis, the scrambled PrP 106-126 shows a random coil structure without aggregation, and is completely degraded after incubation with proteinase K and pronase for 30 minutes at 37°C.
