Glutaryl coenzyme A lithium salt
Glutaryl coenzyme A is an intermediate in the metabolism (catabolism) of the amino acids lysine and tryptophan. Glutaryl CoA is used as a substrate to study the specificity and kinetics of glutaryl-CoA dehydrogenases.
