Pepluanin A

Pepluanin A, isolated from the herbs of Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr, showed a very high activity for a jatrophane diterpene, outperforming cyclosporin A by a factor of at least 2 in the inhibition of Pgp-mediated daunomycin transport.
