Mouse Anti-NiV F Recombinant Antibody (clone 5B3); Fab fragment
This product is a Mouse antibody Fab fragment that recognizes NiV F. NiV could escape 5B3 neutralization without affecting F-mediated fusion, although the impact of the identified substitution on viral growth is not known. 5B3 inhibits fusion by locking NiV F in the prefusion state. 5B3 neutralizes NiV and HeV by inhibiting membrane fusion.
